Last Week's Commentary
Happy Twenty Twelve!

Going to be an exciting year with the Presidential election, Olympics in London, and of course an extra day in the year for everybody with Leap Year. For myself and for my fans, "Full Stried Ahead" could very well be heading back to the airwaves! I have already pitched my program proposal to a producer which he liked a lot and all that is left for me to do is shoot a demo which I will do within a couple of weeks. I could provide him with one of my old shows back in the day but the last one was in March of 2009 which would be outdated, part of the show's draw is that it is current. Plus filming a demo will get me back in the swing of things of coming up with material on a weekly basis which of course will benefit this website as well.

For those who are not familiar with the show here is a quick synopsis,
“Full Stried Ahead” is the title of the weekly television series. It is in a monologue talk show format w/ an occasional guest intended to entertain, inform, provide insight, and provoke thought as well as reaction. I provide my completely non-partisan independent witty thoughts on anything ranging from politics to personal observations and experiences as well as anything in between. The goal and objective of the show is to provide programming (other than the news) which provides a different outlook on life, as well as provide to the audience a handsome fellow with a personality they have never seen before.

Wish me luck and stayed tuned here on the site for further details.

As far as handicapping the Presidential race in 2012, Mitt Romney is the odds on favorite in becoming the 45th and next President of the United States in large part because of his wife Ann Romney who is very pretty and homely who has battled cancer and currently battling MS. A stark difference to the First Gentleman we have today. Just as Bill Clinton was the first black President we ever had, Michelle Obama or as I call her "Maurice" is the First Gentleman we ever had. Not to mention Ann and Mitt are high school sweethearts which has a lot of appeal as well as being extremely personable and good natured being one generation removed from a blue collar mine worker in Wales. She is what this country needs the most, a mother. Ann will win this election much the same way Mamie did for Dwight Eisenhower. Dwight was cold, callous, and not very personable, affectionate, and illuminating unlike his wife who was the polar opposite and the one everyone wanted to see and hear from. Not saying Mitt is as cold as Dwight but certainly isnt as personable and loving as his wife. Plus a historical tidbit I like about him is there have been a number of Presidents who have taken on their middle name as their first just as Mitt has with Willard so he is already in line in that regard. (Dwight's first name was David for example)

Second and coming on strong is Rick Santorum. I am all for him on gay rights because he agrees with me that they shouldnt have any especially with marriage. One component he is lacking and why he is behind Mitt is that he isnt a businessman and doesnt have any executive experience something this country is looking for more than anything else.

Ron Paul, any kind of polling this guy gets can be thrown completely out, because no rational person will be voting for him. He has some ideas that I agree with as far as getting government out of our lives and not wanting to live in a police-state which couldnt ring any further with me, but that's where it ends.

Iowa will be in this order, Mitt, Rick, Paul, Newt, Perry, Michele, and anybody else? Huntsman girls last.

New Hampshire will be Mitt, Paul, Newt, and Huntsman girls last.

Winning the first two contests will seal the deal for Mitt and he will then choose Mike Huckabee as his running mate suring up the religious right heading into a knockout fight with America's first black President.
